- 7 Mar 2012 I have been so happy with my treatment at Duncan Orthodontics, I read the reviews below and was very suprised at how negative the comments were. I walked in to Duncan Orthodontics with some pretty horrible teeth and was told upfront that it was going to be a difficult case, I knew it was going to be difficult, but Dr Duncan basically bent over backwards to make it work, when he promises something he delivers and now I am sporting a beautiful straight smile, something I have dreamed of for a long time. And as for treatment time, I had extra time added with extra aligners, and the reason for that is that Dr Duncan is a perfectionist, he works so hard to give all his patients a beautiful smile. I wish I could put my before and after shots up on this review to show you what he has done for me, I was part of the Today Tonight segment late last year that shows how the treatment works and the results spoke for themselves. - 19 Feb 2012 Like to other review, I was SO DISPLEASED WITH DUNCAN ORTHDONTICS - I dont even care if they know. I rang up to complain, and they never even called me back. The treatment is now 4 months overdue, despite guaranteeing me it would only take 1 year (even 10months in they told me it would only take another 2 months)... Im still waiting for straight teeth and they dont seem to know what they are doing.
- 8 Feb 2012 I have been so displeased with the Norwood practice, that I even felt the need to create a google account to write this review. The dentists have been rude and very unhelpful. I never knew what they were actually doing to my teeth! I have not had one nice thing said about my teeth. I literally had one dentist walk in and say, 'Well you're going to be difficult' then chuckle to her co-workers in front of me. Pretty much once they get your money, don't expect the friendly hospitality to continue on. I am still in the middle of treatment and dread going to each appointment.
